1) Orders are shipped using Royal Mail within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise specified). You will receive a confirmation e-mail when you order has been shipped.
2) The option to insure your order against a loss in transit is available at the checkout. Your order can be tracked only when it was sent by insured post. The Royal Mail tracking number is provided on request. Please contact us within 7 days from the dispatch date of your order. Insured orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses unless they are held within Africa and the Middle East.
3) In the case of a combined order, the system may estimate a higher shipping rate than is applicable. In that event a refund will be issued for the excess postage paid.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND WOULD LIKE TO USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO SEND THE PAYMENT, PLEASE EMAIL US : firstname.lastname@example.org, AND WE WILL ISSUE A PAYPAL MONEY REQUEST FOR YOUR ORDER.
NOTE THAT THE AMOUNT SHOWN IN PAYPAL WILL EXCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS. SHIPPING COSTS ARE ADDED ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE UPON RETURN FROM PAYPAL. IN THE RARE CASE THAT NO SHIPPING IS ADDED ON IN THE CART, CUSTOMERS SHOULD EXPECT TO RECIEVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING SHIPPING AMOUNT WITH AN ASSOCIATED INVOICE.
