Steven Wilson has been awarded ‘Album of the Year’ for his latest solo album ‘The Raven that Refused To Sing (and other stories)‘ at this year’s Progressive Music Awards. Steven received his award from the BBC’s Gavin Esler at a ceremony held at The Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew, London on 3rd September 2013.
