The Bass Communion 4 CD box set is now shipping. It features over 4 hours of music, including many rarities from the last 15 years of SW’s work in the area of drone, ambient and electronic music, notably previously vinyl only editions such as the Indicates Void album, Vajrayana single, and Litany EP. It also includes the previously unreleased 20 minute track “Temporal”, recorded in 2012 as an homage to British composer Harrison Birtwistle and his 1971 composition Chronometer – both pieces are created entirely from the sounds of clocks and other timekeeping devices (it was used on SW’s recent tour as an introduction to The Watchmaker).

There are only 2,000 copies of this beautiful set, which comes in a hard box, each disc being in it’s own mini LP cover with inner sleeve, and also includes a 64 page book of Carl Glover’s gorgeous Bass Communion images.
